I fully agree with some reviews in here: I had a dog that needs attention in the next 3 days due to some pain, and getting a reply that they have only appointments for new customers in 2-3 weeks does not seem like a good business plan. If I told my customers that, I would be out of business. So strange they would handle business like this.

I’m so happy I found this vet. I had been going to a cheaper vet who looked at my cat’s infected gum and said nothing was wrong and maybe she screamed when I touched her face because “some cats don’t like having their face touched.” I packed my bags and moved to Knapp vet and they immediately took care of my baby’s infection. They warned me a lot of things could go wrong during her surgery but NONE of those things went wrong so I know they used the utmost care. I am really grateful for their attention to detail and love for my pet.

The Knapps have been doing vet care for three generations and it shows. Their experience is unparalleled in this area. We have taken our pets there for decades (they have seen us through the care of pets through their entire lifespans and are well suited for care of senior pets), and even now that we don't live as close, we still do. They understand and work with all levels of care, and pets of all ages and states of health. They are compassionate and competent. Highly recommend.

So Glad there are people out there like the staff and doctors at Knapps!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO MED VET UNLESS THEY ARE SERIOUSLY DYING!!! Took my dog there that had ate a good amount of pot 2 days ago and he wasn't improving, There were 2 people ahead of us when we walked in ($190 just to be seen) waited 2hrs and asked if we were next only to be told there were now 3 people ahead of us. When I asked why 3 I was told the a critical care had come in...so..ok thats 1, so why 3?? Never got an answer! Soooo I left with my dog and went to Knapps veterinarian, who was booked BUT said come anyway, they could atleast do fluids. Knapps was amazing! They made time for my dog to be seen by a vet, treated him with fluids(under the skin) Gave him a shot & meds for nausea. Within 45mins of walking in the door at Knapps we were out and home. ALL OF THAT for a cheaper cost (under $180) then it is do just be seen at Med Vet. So glad I jumped to Knapps, I guarantee I'd still be waiting in the waiting room at MedVet right now as I'm writing this otherwise. A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff and Doctors at Knapps Vet!!!
